What advice do you have for other students in preparation for CAT Test week? Share your expertise or just good advice you've heard from others!

My intent for this blog is to provide a cyberspace for communication among my fifth grade students about current topics and extended conversations from Language Arts class. This provides just one more avenue for these awesome learners to practice communication, dialogue, writing, and technology literacy skills.

Have you ever got scared about the cat test? Well dont worry, because if you were studing and listening in class you will do good. Or for others that doesnt work. So try to think about it like a practice but for a grade, but dont think about the grade.Well I hope it works.
every ones nervous before a cat test but thats no need to give advice like that!!!i say that since we have two weeks check out a book from each class subject and every night study a little on each subject and youll be in great shape for the test
Ahh!! Cat Tests are coming up!! Don't worry,Morice. I've taken them before, and their easy. They don't go on your report card,the Goverment just wants to see how well the students are learning. Don't get so worried over tests, it could efect your whole life.

Some good advice for the CAT Test is you should eat very healthy. Your brain is going to need that energy to think. Make sure you get plenty of rest at night. One other thing..don't let your birthday fall on the day the test starts! Just kidding. Good Luck On Your Test!!!

Have you ever got very very nervis about the cat test, well if you are geting good grade on your assinment and listening in class, you probibly wont have any problems on your cat test oh and don't be thinking about the grades your going to get or you will get some bad grades on your cat test
I think that cat tests are going to be OK. Except I never Do to well. so all I am saying is do what Michael S. said. Maybe you will improve a better score.

Are you scared of Cat six test if you are u should not be scared if use my help well hear I go. Now if yu don;t know a ? skip it because it might come to you if there is a nother ? but just don't forget to go back to the ? u skiped and eat a goooooood breckfest befor you come to school
Have you got very nervous on a cat test well 3-6 take it every year. The cat test is about seeing how well you are in school. You have to take a test in every subjects, like Language arts, science, reading,and socoal studies. well hope you have a great time on the cat test!!!

nervous during the CAT test well here are some tips.Bring a water bottle and snack if your teacher will let you.Study at least 2 nights a week but don't over cramp your brain.If you get nerves just think this will all be over at the end of the week.Also don't think about grades.Have a great cat test!
I hate tests. They are hard to pass espesialy the CAT Tests. I get this wierd feeling in my stomach like I'm going to mess up big time. But that is just me so if you have the same feeling as me thankyou!
Okay class only 30min. till time is up.Dont you get this butterfly felling every time there is a huge test sometimes you get so nervous you have to go to the bathroom every min.Thats way I hate CAT TESTS!!!
There are many reasons to be afraid of Cat Tests 1 the grade 2 presure 3 getting it done 4 you might have to go to the bathroom.

Don't worry it'll all be over sometime. If you get stressed-out about CAT Tests remember that you get out of regular subjects. Oh yeah and you get candy.
Ready for cat tests? I am but I am not sure. I am kind of excited to get them done because when we take them it reminds me of the end of school is almost here. At my school we have some good tips before taking the tests. Like: eat a good breakfast, go to bed early, Don't try to study all your subjects in one night, I would go to the bathroom before I started taking the tests and then later I had to go really bad and had to wait. Everything was alright though and nothing bad happened. That was in third grade and now I am in 5th grade so I learned from that. Good luck in cat tests everyone! Oh! I am so proud of my grades wait till i show my parents!
dont be worried about the big test just think its a normal test that you take in read or something. IF you set your heart to your goal you will do great.

Ready, set,... CAT TESTS!!! This is my third year of Cat Tests so far at O'neill Elementary, and every year I get more and more exited. Every fourth week in March, grades 3 through 6 participate in California Achievment Testing. For some its sometimes being very nervous and biting fingernails, and for others it's just a walk in the park, but so far everyone, we think, have enjoyed this annualy event taking place at O'neill Elementary.
On your markes get set.. cat test!! Hey no need to worry because if you don't goof around in class you'll do good! But, its not a grade in the grade book. You should try your best even though its not. But, if you set your mind to it anything can happen. Well atleast that is what I think. Well I better let you go now because everybody is starting to finish!! So as I said, " Don't worry," and " just try your best at what your capabull of doing."
